The story of the film is written by Shiva Nirvana. Majili is a Telugu romantic drama film which is directed by Shiva Nirvana, and the film was produced by Sahu Garapati, Harish Peddi, and Sushil Choudhary, under the banner of Shine Screen and Rad Film Production. Sravani chooses to stay, and they hug each other, completing Poorna’s journey towards love. When Poorna hoes to drop her at the railway, he tells Sravani that he has forgotten his past and he has understood Sravani’s love towards him and that he was genuinely going to tell her that he also loves her, but she has decided to leave. 
Still, Sravani is not convinced that Poorna has changed, and decides to get a job transfer to Bhubaneshwar city, leaving Poorna behind.
